“Bye Bye” is a song written by American singer Mariah Carey, Johnta Austin and Stargate for Carey’s eleventh studio album, E=MC², and is the second single from the album.[1][2][3] The single was produced by Carey and Stargate. To date there are two remixes of the song. One version features Jay-Z singing and rapping a verse that replaces Mariah’s first verse. The second version features Akon, who sings a new first verse and Lil Wayne who raps after Mariah sings the second verse. The version featuring Jay-z(Stated by Jermaine Dupri in an interview with MTV)is the official remix.
